TERRY HERNDON is an Arizona native of Phoenix Arizona. Terry has hunted all of his life here in Arizona and has hunted in every part of Arizona. Terry has two antelope in the record books, one is tied for 6th in the world in the Safari Club International Record Book and that antelope, which scored 87 6/8ths, was shot with a muzzle loader. Terry’s second trophy antelope was shot with a rifle and scored 83”. Terry has shot one antelope with his bow and it scored 68”—all of these were taken in Arizona.
During his lifetime in Arizona, Terry has taken three bulls with his bow, two with a rifle, and is waiting to take his first with a muzzle loader. He has also taken several Javelina and 6 mule deer with his bow.
If Terry had to pick one animal he loves hunting and guiding more than any other it would be Pronghorn Antelope. Terry finds these beautiful animals challenging due to the difficulty of scoring them.

Terry has guided for and was trained by the world renowned Tony Grimmett. Terry has guided for two years in Arizona and two years in New Mexico.
Terry is very active in many sportsmen’s groups in Arizona, including: Arizona Wildlife Federation, Arizona Elk Society, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Arizona Antelope Foundation and the Arizona Deer Association. He is also a member of the Arizona Bowhunters Association, and The Hunt of a Lifetime Organization.
Terry loves to guide the younger generation and is always pushing for better opportunities for the youth hunters of Arizona. The Arizona Outfitter is a dream that Terry has had his entire life and now that dream is coming true.

BLAKE LANOUE is also an Arizona native. His passion for hunting began when he was a young boy. Blake accompanied his father on many hunts before he was old enough to hunt with him. Since then, Blake has hunted all over the state of Arizona, from the Kiabab Plateau to the Southern Arizona border and nearly everywhere in between.
Blake moved into the heart of Arizona antelope country in 1995 to go to college. It was then that he became hooked on huge antelope. He now lives just five minutes from the area where the current Pope and Young World Record was taken. Also, the current Boone and Crockett World Record was transplanted from the same unit. Hunting antelope is his true passion and he will go the extra mile for you in order to make your hunt a successful one.
Blake's specialty is antelope and he has also harvested a wide variety of animals with his bow and rifle, including mule deer, coues deer, Eastern whitetail, turkey and javelina. He also specializes in predator calling and has killed hundreds of coyotes and a bobcat. He is a member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Arizona Antelope Foundation and the Hunt of a Lifetime Organization.

 RL GRAY is a 5th generation Arizona native and 10 year ARMY veteran. His passion for the outdoors started when he was a child and he now has 37 years of hunting experience in Arizona. He has guided in our state for over five years now. He can usually be found chasing huge mule deer in the desert, or monster bull elk in northern Arizona. Like all of us here at Arizona Outfitter and Guide Service, RL is committed to the HOAL program, which provides big game hunting opportunities to America's children who suffer from life threatening illnesses.
RL is also quite the muzzle loader guru. The smoke pole is by far his weapon of choice with the archery gear in second. If you have any questions at all regarding traditional weapons, he is the man to ask!
